Who we are
Viktória Szabó
Design strategist and researcher with over 10 years of experience building capabilities at the intersection of design, AI and learning.
Her career spans higher education, international film production and the creative industries. At Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME), she has served as a lecturer and Head of the Animation MA programme. She developed educational programmes and interdisciplinary projects in immersive media, interactive storytelling, media innovation and mobility design. She is also a PhD researcher at Corvinus University Budapest, investigating how generative AI is reshaping design, education and creative practice.
As co-founder of Noetic she brings together research, design and strategic thinking to help teams navigate complexity, uncover meaningful insights and create innovations that are both human-centred and future-ready.
András Húnfalvi
Industrial designer, design strategist and educator specialising in product innovation, visual communication and technological development.
Over last decade, András has led the development of hundreds of products for startups, scale-ups and multinational companies, translating emerging technologies into products and services that create meaningful value for people. His work combines strategic thinking with extensive experience in bringing innovations from early concepts to market.
Alongside his professional practice, he teaches product design at MOME Budapest, where he is also a PhD candidate in Design Culture and co-leads the Mobility Design Lab, exploring the future of mobility through systems thinking, emerging technologies and human-centred innovation.
As Noetic co-founder, András focuses on helping organisations bridge the gap between human insight and implementation, integrating design into innovation processes, cross-functional collaboration and strategic decision-making to create technologies that are both meaningful and feasible.
