Our workshops turn complex questions into shared, hands-on exploration. We create learning experiences around emerging technologies, creativity and human-centered design, combining research and theory with practical methods participants can immediately put to use.
Rather than providing ready-made answers, our workshops are designed to strengthen ways of thinking: how to frame problems, articulate ideas, collaborate across disciplines and navigate unfamiliar territory.
From AI and creative thinking to speculative design, each workshop creates a space for experimentation, reflection and collective learning.

The Storytelling & AI workshop explores how storytelling techniques can improve communication between humans and AI systems.
Rather than relying on digital tools, participants first develop these skills through analogue methods – using paper, pencil, and collaborative exercises – to better understand the underlying principles of effective communication. Through storytelling frameworks, image description tasks, and language-focused activities, the workshop strengthens participants’ ability to express ideas with clarity, precision, and nuance.
These descriptive and narrative skills provide a strong foundation for crafting more effective prompts and interacting more naturally with AI systems.

How can we use AI without losing the joy of thinking? This interactive workshop explores creativity as a human cognitive process and introduces practical methods for integrating AI into education and research while keeping critical and creative thinking at the centre.
Through storytelling techniques, Fermi questions, and reflective exercises, participants will discover how analogue thinking strategies can strengthen human – AI collaboration and design AI-supported workflows that enhance, rather than replace, creative problem-solving.

The UniSpace Hungary Consortium brought together seventeen Hungarian universities, including MOME, to launch a three-semester interdisciplinary postgraduate program in space science across four scientific fields. At MOME, the program was organized and led by industrial designer and design educator András Húnfalvi, who introduced design thinking as a complementary perspective to the predominantly scientific and technical curriculum.
Through the Design Thinking in the Space Industry course, space industry professionals from remarkably diverse backgrounds – from engineering and law to national defence– explored how human-centered design methods can help address complex challenges and inform their own professional practice.
The program culminated in an intensive workshop led by András Húnfalvi together with design-thinking expert Fanni Csernátony. Using space tourism in the 2050s as a speculative framework, interdisciplinary teams developed future service and product concepts, translating emerging technological possibilities into tangible, human-centered experiences.
